The Star Sunday Metro

I was in Taiwan when Star Metro published this article. I wish to thank The Star & Flavours Magazine for the awesome article. I want to highlight that my surname is LEE, not Yee as mistakenly published in both the mag and papers.

While I was on my coffee tour in Taiwan, SMS-es came flooding my inbox since noon till late evening and I was really really tak sabar wanna read the article. As soon as I step into the hostel's living room, i started browsing and got the article online.

I'm lying to you if I said I was not disappointed with my surname typo error. Anyways, it cant be undone now.

How did I get this far? It took plenty of hard work and passion to achieve today's success. I am also grateful to all the failures that I've encountered, for without failures, success is impossible. With the support from all of you, it makes the journey more meaningful :D

Just a brief story...

8 years of experience working in F&B industry was not easy but I was able to breakthrough and achieve the success that I now have. I resigned from my day job (in the managerial position for 5 years) to join Starbucks as I was fascinated with the concept and its popularity. (I applied at 2 other chain store too, but only Starbucks hired me. Haha!)

I started from scratch, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors to making coffee behind the bar and managing a business. Now, I don't wash, mop or sweep. Sometimes I still do, but not because I have to, but I want to. I love it, it's fun!
