Appreciation Workshop Level 2

Coffee, Nose & Tongue
During the 4 hours session, we were able to try 7 different types of coffee.
It was very interesting for the them, even for myself when we ' peeled of ' 
layer over layers of flavours, aroma and character of the coffees. 

Hmm... this aroma reminds me of... dry grass???

Amongst the 7 types of coffee, we all agreed that Ethiopia was the best! Exotic, floral with 
medium acidity. The coffee began to show it 'true colors' as we sip and slurp. 

Body : Medium bodied. 
Aroma : Floral aroma of a rose petal
Acidity : Medium to high
Aftertaste : Smooth lemony and refreshing with a sweet finish.
